It's been good overall. Been ups and downs, wins and losses, but have to cite and acknowledge new leadership which has been a positive uplift and put in place fresh optimism for the future. They're addressing issues from the past, fixing and making things better...for people and customers.

Working against the new forward looking strategy, engaging with colleagues and customers, and the focus on results and solutions. It's fast and decisive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Results and solutions oriented, thinking of ways to solve problems and add value. Little in the way of bureaucracy, and working to change as company changes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The new change dynamic is a source of energy and optimism that was missing with prior leadership, and more push to work more collaboratively against a strategy. It's what's being called the "new DXC".
