We help each other. My colleagues are experienced and have great ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The technology services market is very interesting and timely; folks at DXC work hard and are knowledgeable.
What makes you most happy at work?
To be busy and successful. My project work needs leadership and project stakeholders to be engaged.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not had a raise in 6 years. About 6 years ago I moved to a home office which costs me $$$ every day for utilities and maintenance. I also buy most of my office supplies out of pocket.
