this company has too many mediocre people from the old teams. and the new management team has too many ulterior motives and prejudices.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of my friends I made at work and a few senior managers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be empathetic to the employees, be fairer, and not involve in playing favoritism.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a team of just two. The other team member being my recently promoted manager. She is a fair person and very professional.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The package is not per the industry standard, there are no benefits, rewards & recognition are the worst. There are no bonuses, no other benefits.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My work profile has been changed and I am being made to do transactional work consuming my 70-80% of my bandwidth. I did all these chores 10 years back in my career.
