Company is good. But my current salary is lower that what an average fresher gets paid even after 8 years with the company. I feel low and left behind when compared to my fellow employees.

I can't figure it out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Don't really know. But WFH feels better. Occasional office visit is fine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Freshers get paid more than me. This is really unfair. It's been 8 years with the company and no one has ever cared to assist.
