Started 2016 from the military took some getting used to. All around me were great people though, always there to help. Having been through multiple redundancies was new to me, and my only negative experience. Complex process being looked at by leadership, thankfully, company be 1 soon (CATW/ETES)

Interaction, achieving or completing a task, issue or problem, satisfaction at helping someone do all of this
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team ethos, we back each other up, no job too big or too small, interaction, positivity and drive. A great role too as Early careers people managers, we can positively influence our next generation talent
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is simply awesome; my manager for almost the whole time I've been in DXC, 4 years. I think the new leadership team are very transparent, honest and genuinely driving the company forward and making positive changes . Mike Salvino and Steve Turpie- both outstanding
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The new DXC, Mike Salvino's and Steve Turpie's leadership calls, the take up/buy in of initiatives on Workplace (Work it Wednesdays, Veterans charity buy-in), the general interaction i have with most people, the flexibility, being able to make decisions, and the fact that Mike and Steve listen/act
