
Engaged, caring colleagues and a experienced manager
I like Mike's consistent communication style and that his answers are direct.
I am provided everything I need, and without unreasonable questions asked. My understanding is that all my colleagues are paid fairly.
I believe we need more young, ambitious and social people to join the organisation. An effort to engage people socially should be made, for example by connecting new young, hires to organize events.
I don't quite have one team, which is something I am missing. Some of the best things about some teams I interact with is a a positive, ambitious and helpful tone, good humour and a "winning" attitude.
