It has been fully remote, which has made it difficult to create meaningful work relationships. The company is in a big transition, which excited me and I believe it is for the better. Overall my experience has been good and my learning fast, but I do miss social aspects.
What makes you most happy at work?
Engaged, caring colleagues and a experienced manager
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like Mike's consistent communication style and that his answers are direct.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am provided everything I need, and without unreasonable questions asked. My understanding is that all my colleagues are paid fairly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I believe we need more young, ambitious and social people to join the organisation. An effort to engage people socially should be made, for example by connecting new young, hires to organize events.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I don't quite have one team, which is something I am missing. Some of the best things about some teams I interact with is a a positive, ambitious and helpful tone, good humour and a "winning" attitude.
