Low salary and no perks. Increase salary and compensation. Give perks to all not only to few selective favourite people

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary is very less compared to market standards and peers and juniors. External hired people are paid almost double salary with same experience. But there is no value for people who have been with company for long time. Salary should be as per market standards and skill. Give hike and perks.
