The only thing is the company must value existing employees by working on the compensation (especially top performers) by industry standards and pay complete variable

The compensation should be based on performance which unfortunately hasn't been happening. The variable pay that is tagged to our salary hasn't been paid for many years now.
Salary adjustments need to be made on 6 monthly or yearly basis atleast. Today, folks with much lesser experience are being paid more than people with more experience and who have been consistent top performers. Employees who do well need to be rewarded.
