I love working for DXC. We have a good culture at work and I work for an amazing team. My manager and peers are amazing to work with. The only thing is the company must value existing employees by working on the compensation (especially top performers) by industry standards and pay complete variable

My team is talented, hardworking, caring, helping and always there for each other.

Everyone is eager to learn and share their knowledge. All are true team players.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The new management is focused on employees and customers both of these are key for any company to be successful

I love the work that I do. The opportunity to think out of the box and look for options to showcase customer content makes it interesting.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The compensation should be based on performance which unfortunately hasn't been happening. The variable pay that is tagged to our salary hasn't been paid for many years now.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary adjustments need to be made on 6 monthly or yearly basis atleast. Today, folks with much lesser experience are being paid more than people with more experience and who have been consistent top performers. Employees who do well need to be rewarded.
