I love what I do and I create work for myself by looking for improvements and my manager sees value in what i do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i think my team's compensation is not based on competence but I believe my manager has addressed this and submitted adjustments which we are waiting for it to happen.
