I have been at this company in various forms for over 12 years and have seen lots of change( not always for the better)and few growth opportunities but the current leadership team instil the most confidence in me and I am excited to see how things will continue to change for the better

Finishing projects, collaboration with colleagues across the organisation and feeling like I have made a difference in some way
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I am not paid the industry standard for my role - increase in salary would make me feel better, although I do reel valued by my manager
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the fact that flexible working is possible and majority of colleagues are also working from home - it means we all communicate at the same level and have a good work life balance
