Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A comparison with the market trends and what peers in other organizations are getting as compensation for the same skillset. An adjustment after this comparison would help.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There has been a lot of attrition of talent and we are not able to get the same level of talent back due to the low compensation our company offers.
