Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotion is very much delayed here. Compared to market employees get promotions timely but in DXC it is too much delayed. Also salary hike is given twice in last 5 yrs. No motivation for employee. If someone wants to stay with the company so company should also pay him/her best in market.
