My base salary is decent

Clear directions, open communication, caring for the employees. Overall it's a huge improvement compared to the previous leadership team!

Very much customer focused and align to deliver the best DXC can deliver to our customers. Open and honest, collaborative approach.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like DXC can deliver what our customers need. We have a much more innovative approach than we used to, working with many partners to deliver the best solutions. This is a big improvement.
