they all work very hard

Being paid what we were promised, when promised, not have to battle continuously to get money we are owed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
so many things. Key people leaving - no one caring that they are leaving. Messages coming from the top are bad
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
the leadership team do not communicate with people below them. There is a message that DXC are all about the people, but this could not be further from the truth
