I've worked at DXC for five years and have never had a merit increase while the cost of living has increased considerably. My frustration with the lack of a merit increase is offset by the ability to work remotely and the incredible leadership team that is improving the performance of our company.

Nearly everyone I work with is supportive and responsive when I need input or help from them. Many people are overwhelmed with the amount of work they have, but I think this is common among all global companies ... the pace of work is just faster than it used to be. But our employees are awesome!
