There's never been a better time to work at DXC. We have THE BEST CEO and leadership team. I feel like we're at the dawn of achieving the success we're capable of on a global scale and I'm incredibly excited about our future.

Watching people accept and build on the belief that we are a great company with incredibly good leaders. Raul is absolutely the driver of this change. He is a positive leader that is leaving a powerful legacy at DXC. If anyone can optimize our opportunity for growth, it's him.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've worked at DXC for five years and have never had a merit increase while the cost of living has increased considerably. My frustration with the lack of a merit increase is offset by the ability to work remotely and the incredible leadership team that is improving the performance of our company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things and taking DXC to the next level. My team has made measurable progress for the company over the last 3 years and we're excited by that. There's more opportunity on the horizon and it excites us about our work ... I'm even looking forward to Mondays ... a first in my career!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nearly everyone I work with is supportive and responsive when I need input or help from them. Many people are overwhelmed with the amount of work they have, but I think this is common among all global companies ... the pace of work is just faster than it used to be. But our employees are awesome!
