Trying to keep an open mind but I have seen layoffs, a lot of restructuring, no raise, no bonus, too-expensive medical benefits even with the extra funding provided for 2021. Poor direction/guidance from management. No funding provided for materials to work from home/offset costs to work from home.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Feeling a sense of team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It feels like we are receiving more communication and they are at least verbalizing that they do want to make changes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They are making attempts to address issues with the compensation package but it is still not where it needs to be. That they are acknowledging the issues is the best part for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We recently had a Town Hall in which they brought in a guest speaker to talk about the mental health aspects of continuing to work from home during the pandemic. This is the best town hall I have ever attended.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'd like to see upper mgt follow thru on promises made. We heard for months that there would be raises, but half of us did not receive one. We didn't find out til last minute that we wouldn't. I questioned my boss bc my review had gone awesome. He said there are only so many good ratings to give out
