It has provided me an income for several years and used to be opportunities for improvement and advancement that actually had value. Now everything is under the cloud of will I be here tomorrow which does not lend to encouraging statements about the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do not feel this applies to me as a US employee
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Acting like they care when they don't, especially folks being WFRd in place of cheap labor.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I enjoy my work but also a deep sense of uselessness and uncertainty because of the concerted efforts to eliminate anyone who isn't India.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not getting a raise in 10 years or one. But is only because I'm a US employee who is considered the lowest of all people for caring about.
