Overall I am very satisfied at my work and the client I work for. My Manager was so co-operative and understanding and has given me additional responsibilities and roles. I have lead a team of 16 ppl.But the only thing is my promotion was not on time even aftr putting full efforts hike was 2 yrs onc

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been 6+yrs with the company working for a larger client and I have always delivered my 100% or above in all the work assigned to me. But have always struggled so much in getting promoted. Other than that my hike whenever it was given it was satisfied and my manager has given me roles exhibit
