We have a strong team cohesion and the collaboration with our direct colleagues is very good.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Keep promises "Ackknowledgement, recognition, reward" not only in low cost countries but also in high cost countries.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For years we have been put off. Personal development needs to be acknowledged, a career shall not stop at level 4.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an international well established team that is very strong in delivery. Our experience make it possible that everyone can contribute what he/she can do best, which leads to satisfied employees and excellent results.
