I love my work (what I do and with whom I cooperate); I have my salary, bureaucracy, lack of useful tool and processes (including Service Desk), debauchery and 'Byzantium' way of management on middle (also higher?) levels.

Interesting tasks, challenging yet solvable problems, trusted close coworkers.

That is the best asset this company can have: a (small) well organized and integrated team of experienced, versatile professionals cooperating closely together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is still many fantastic people in DXC but also many left and the rotation is not decreasing. Key value are passionate, responsible, motivated and interesting people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our company does not care about experienced employees and retaining expertise generally. The salary it offers does not compensate inflation even. The remuneration of a regular (i.e. non managerial) employee is constantly kept below market average.
