Employees are Open-minded to feedback, welcoming to newcomers, lot of mutual respect
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Healthcare benefits were worst in the industry; while it was significantly revised for 2021, there seems to be room for further improvement.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Future is uncertain given legacy nature of the business, and company is an acquisition target. Job security is low given the recent high attrition
What are some of the best things about your team?
Rich industry experience and mature outlook; widespread respect for time and the individual, great communication skills, general flexibility, mentality of sharing load to help out others.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Hiring manager spoke to me on the phone, and met me in person before the offer was made. Goals were aligned at the personal and professional level, and expectations were set on both sides and agreed before moving on.
