Great first employer, but there is still a division between 2 entities that were merged 2/3 years ago. This creates overhead, but overall a good employer with nice clients and projects to learn from and to grow.

The possibility to make a change for our clients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great team, but everything in the company is splitted over teams and no clear DXC-feeling. It depends on the team you are part of.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When looking at the market in my country, similar jobs are better compensated than within DXC and there is no prospect on getting a raise.
