Under previous senior management, it was toxic. Mike Salvino came in and made a lot of big promises. I would have been impressed with 50% of his promises happening. But everything he's said will happen its happening.

A lot of us are now permanent home workers but via MS Teams and other products we still work well together as groups but with the added benefit of flexible working
