What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Hire managers who care about the work and the mission.

As I said it’s good team work in Dyncorp I know it is your business just want to the person who did the most work got less in paid then the third nation monitoring the locals but the locals got much less then others

Poor management practices and no possibility for promotion. But promotion would be worthless because workcenter supervisors make less then qualified maintainers and earn less vacation.

A new company with better management needs to take over our contract and flush out the corrupt management practices that take place

Management needs to learn or get the proper education to manage they also need to learn how to take responsibility when they have made a mistake lastly just stop with the attitudes if you're not happy in your position find another job don't bring that negativity to work

Anti- LGBTQ+ slurs and jokes enforcement of EO policies would correct

Use your subject matter experts, that have the experience in a task.

A select few people in management must go or the turn over rate will continue at crazy levels for a location that has traditionally had very low turnover.
