Compensation should be based on work done and value to client, not on political or personal considerations

The ability to speak to upper management when needed. Management lacks empathy for their employees

In the beginning Kuwait, all benefits were born by the company, but now they are just like working stateside. Pathetic!

I would like to have a matching 401k. I have a degree and have been passed over for promotion twice. Neither person promoted over me has furthered their education. Seems like a good ole boy club.

Pay is good, benefits are albeit non existent. No 401k match, 2 sick days a year that you lose if you don’t use, health care is extremely subpar.
