The company was really good we work togather kindly
Dyncorp management functions best when they are on vacation and do not involve themselves in any aspect of the job.

We have many good people holding positions at work.
It was a different inviroment for us who never work and with a foreigners the give us a nice space to learn then we got more responsibilities and we felt responsible

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better benefits, employee communication, correct taxes and deductions taken from pay.
Management disciplining employees when required, equal treatment, promoting from within, and removing the "buddy system" when promoting.

Management tends to act like they're above anybody else and tends to talk down to you instead of to you the majority of them black leadership qualities so most of the workers tend not to show them any respect
