What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If Dyncorp bothered to check references, half of my co-workers would have never been hired. Dyncorp attempts to fill positions with the most incompetent people that can find, as they are less inclined to criticize poor Dyncorp management practices.
There are no employee meetings
Conistency on policies. Re hire open positions immediately.
Get rid of AFMD management.

For shift workers, ending the war between shifts. Also supervisors that doesn't partake in the "shift war" and for supervisors to treat employees equally regardless of background.

The mechanics are great people overall, QA is lazy, Maintenance control is more like maintenance out of control. A much needed overhaul in leadership is needed
