communication with their workers would be good

Our manager retired in September 2018. A temporary manager was put in place and that lasted a month. It is now January and still no manager. Our admin and only secretary retires in a month without a replacement in place. They want our QA manager to handle program manager responsibilities too.
Fairness and equal treatment of employees, promoting from within, and when they do promote from within, use qualifications and seniority and not the buddy system.
Review from Operations Dept
Compensation should be based on work done and value to client, not on political or personal considerations
The ability to speak to upper management when needed. Management lacks empathy for their employees
In the beginning Kuwait, all benefits were born by the company, but now they are just like working stateside. Pathetic!

I would like to have a matching 401k. I have a degree and have been passed over for promotion twice. Neither person promoted over me has furthered their education. Seems like a good ole boy club.
Review from Operations Dept
Pay is good, benefits are albeit non existent. No 401k match, 2 sick days a year that you lose if you don’t use, health care is extremely subpar.
Review from Operations Dept
If Dyncorp bothered to check references, half of my co-workers would have never been hired. Dyncorp attempts to fill positions with the most incompetent people that can find, as they are less inclined to criticize poor Dyncorp management practices.
There are no employee meetings
Conistency on policies. Re hire open positions immediately.
Get rid of AFMD management.

For shift workers, ending the war between shifts. Also supervisors that doesn't partake in the "shift war" and for supervisors to treat employees equally regardless of background.
Review from Operations Dept
Better benefits, employee communication, correct taxes and deductions taken from pay.
Management disciplining employees when required, equal treatment, promoting from within, and removing the "buddy system" when promoting.
Review from Operations Dept
Management tends to act like they're above anybody else and tends to talk down to you instead of to you the majority of them black leadership qualities so most of the workers tend not to show them any respect

Find a PM who knows what he is doing and start mentoring or replacing all the supervisors runnning LOGCAP NTC into the ground
Review from Operations Dept
Realistic goals understanding each workorder is not the same as the last or next
Hire the most qualified instead of the least qualified.
Hire managers who care about the work and the mission.
As I said it’s good team work in Dyncorp I know it is your business just want to the person who did the most work got less in paid then the third nation monitoring the locals but the locals got much less then others
Poor management practices and no possibility for promotion. But promotion would be worthless because workcenter supervisors make less then qualified maintainers and earn less vacation.
Review from Operations Dept
I would like to see mmore fairness in the promotion process.

A new company with better management needs to take over our contract and flush out the corrupt management practices that take place
