We all get along rather nicely, similar personalities, we feel very comfortable speaking openly to one another.

The work that I do, there is always a new challenge and I love finding solutions to meet those challenges.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am a remote worker, so I work 100% from home and love that flexibility. I can also flex my hours as needed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I only had to complete one interview with the recruiter and then another interview with the hiring manager. It was a quick process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency around the progress of the company and the direction in which the company is going. The set very clear goals for the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At Epiq we believe in including everyone so they feel they belong at Epiq. I truly feel like I belong. I feel everyone is positive, always looking at the brighter side and not holding on to negativity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
At Epiq we are family, I have witnessed people that have left the company and they all have said it was such a hard decision because they loved their team at Epiq. We all care about each other professionally and personally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really enjoy how transparent our leaders are at Epiq. We have quarterly all hands call in which they share how the organization has done over the past quarter, how they are doing this quarter and what the plans are for the upcoming quarter.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
At prior companies I was never eligible for bonus, but with Epiq I have been eligible for a bonus every year and as I grow with the company my bonus continues to grow. I also feel my compensation aligns well with my peers at other companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and I love the trust my leadership team has in me to do my job. I have the ability to make positive change in our organization and I know what I do has an impact to our employees. Being able to help the employees in my company really makes me most happy at work.
