I've been here less than 6 months but I've had a very positive experience so far, above my initial expectations. I'm still settling in but I feel like I've accomplished a lot in a short time and I've felt appreciation.

It's been brief but my overall experience is very positive. I feel that my opinion is trusted and heard when I voice it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Rarely do I hear cheesy leadership jargon from leadership when they speak.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being recognized for my own achievements but also hearing about my co-workers achievements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The amount of autonomy and trust that is given to me to do my job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO and ancillary benefits that are provided. Health benefits are great if you are covering yourself.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The feeling that we are all in the same boat and rowing in the same direction. I also love how my co-workers trust my opinions.

The fact that I believe that I'm paid fairly and not relying on bonus potential to be made whole. Bonus potential in my role is also very fair.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Different aspects that stick out. One would be the clarity of company goals and steps we are taking to achieve those. Another is the trust that leadership has in their employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm told 'thank you' for something that I've done for someone on my team or a cross-functional team. I'm also happy when both my wins and my team's wins are celebrated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaborative nature of the company is refreshing. I also feel respected and heard when working cross-functionally. It truly does feel like we are all in the same boat rowing in the same direction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The fact that it feels like we are a team even though we are dispersed. I also feel respected and heard by my team. There also doesn't feel like office politics are a thing within my team.
