When there are challenges, not just the day-to-day tasks. I like to know that there is more.

They seem to want to be transparent in what is going on company wise and where we are trying to go.

I don’t necessarily feel undervalued in terms of the work I do or the impact I make, but I do feel uncertain about how my compensation aligns
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is close nit and very collaborative on projects that cross into other departments. We bounce ideas off of each other and can maintain good working relationships and meet our goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation structure isn't always matched to the job being performed. I think that manager's that know that the employee overperforms should at least note that in their performance review and pay should reflect that.
