The team has very positive midset, everyone is open for challanges at work and sustain the fast pace environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Job at Epiq has very good learning, but at higher level there is no clear oppotunities. The amount of work that employee do and the compensations doesen't match. There is no budgets for experienced employees or to retain, market reserch should be done correctly.
