What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love our ERG groups; they are wonderful and have insightful topics for discussion and resources. Great communities!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work collaboratively and respectfully. Most of my team members work in this manner, there a few that do not but it's few and far between.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency and availability of the leadership team, specifically my Director and VP, they both make themselves available to answer questions and care about you as a person, not a cog in the wheel.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel my compensation is fine, but it could be higher due to the current economy, tariffs and taxes and what my personal contributions are for health benefits. A livable wage should be available for everyone; I do not think our yearly increases should reflect this.
