What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Coworkers on same team offering support.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We feel the same way and help each other work through situations.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Currently we are doing too much babysitting of other teams and expected to do our own daily tasks to achieve our goals. This is taxing on a person mentally and physically.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too much babysitting of other teams to perform their own tasks so I can perform mine. More collaboration on new or changing of processes to make sure all stake holders are involved when something new or changes need to be made instead of assuming a department can just figure it out.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to sit down with the people actually doing the work and find out what's working and what not working. They should not rely solely on supervisors and managers as they are not the ones doing the daily work. It would help improve morale that upper management is hearing firsthand.
