I feel that my salary is on the low end of the PM pay range.

We all work together for the client goal. We respect each other. I like them as people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm pretty sure I am paid at the very low end of the PM salary range. I was brought in at the same rate as colleagues who were in their 20s and I've got decades of experience.
