Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I enjoy my workload and my coworkers. There are times when things are stressful, but we pull together to get through. The benefits and salary could be better based on the high expectations of upper management.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Enthusiastic, Smart, Caring - they are a great team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Annual Raises do not match inflation. Benefits are only "ok".

Benefits could be improved. YoY salary increases are typically below inflation rate.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I have some amazing coworkers and an amazing manager. They are thoughtful, smart, and dependable.

Invested in the employee experience. Consistently demonstrating goal of balancing corporate expectations and individual personal development/outcomes.

What makes you most happy at work?

The work we do is complicated and necessary. The people we work with are smart and capable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Values are defined and everyone works to align with our goals. The environment is positive, though incredibly fast-paced.

What makes you most happy at work?

Our jobs are very project based - so the successful delivery of a phase or a whole project to appreciative clients is always nice.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that they are transparent - but usually this is not timely and is explaining why something happened instead of why something will happen.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our ERG culture is special. ERG meetings are a real highlight of my experience at Epiq and has allowed me to grow professionally and personally through the thoughtful programming provided by ERG leadership.
