I began as a contractor and I am now a full time employee. I enjoyed being challenged and given opportunities to grow. I have taken on greater responsibilities and have met amazing people along the way. The journey has been amazing.

As a recently converted FTE, I am extremely happy to work with so many great people who have stepped up to mentor my growth here at Epiq. I have been provided growth opportunities and stretch assignments that have made me a better supervisor.

There is no one answer, but flex scheduling, PTO and performance bonuses are all important to me as an FTE.

I appreciate my leadership's team to include me in new tasks and projects and to challenge my skill sets and role for growth and experience.

I appreciate their investment to get to know me as a person, define clear goals for me to reach and understand why I chose Epiq and provide me with the flexible schedule I need to perform effectively.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy what I do and working with those who help me accomplish my deliverable tasks. Also, having come from a law firm background, I love that my day ends when it ends and work creep is not an issue.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how they invest their time and mentorship in helping me become a better leader in my role here at Epiq and balance that time with my role as a father at home. I am given the tools I need to succeed or encouraged to find them if they are not handy.
