What makes you most happy at work?
I am given the opportunity to self-lead and that makes me more organized. I am able to own every task I am given and feel more accountable to deliver within my deadlines.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No objections overall but from an employee's perspective, I do feel the pay should reflect the current economy. I also strongly encourage the organization to introduce the top up benefit for maternity leave.
