I work with great people, I meet new great people regularly, my leadership is understanding and cares about their employees. Pay could be better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we foster a respectful environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The sense of trust amongst each other, the openness. I like that most team members advocate for themselves and others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are understanding, they make an effort to listen, I feel heard on important issues, especially personal ones.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay transparency. I would feel more comfortable knowing that I am being paid fairly in comparison to others in my position. Especially as a POC.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with. Not having to worry about any task because I have a team that is always willing to help or find a solution. I really value the ease of communication. Being able to reach out to someone I have never spoken to and gaining valuable knowledge from them.
