Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Best company I have worked for to date, and I've been working either part time or full time since the age of 16. I've worked at law firms and other ALSP's, and the culture and environment at Epiq is unmatched and quite frankly the best .

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are down to earth, transparent, and clear on both their objectives and expectations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Within our team there is a strong culture of support, which is particularly helpful covering the time zones and client demands .
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits, namely BUPA, are particularly helpful, although there are many exclusions such as minimal support for neurodiversity and pregnancy care. Still grateful for the policy though however.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Epiq is genuinely the best company I have worked for to date, with a strong supportive culture matched with expectations of high performance. The high performance is supported by clear expectations and resources to achieve this.
What makes you most happy at work?
With the nature of my role, especially being uniquely in two business units (ECAR and LS), everyday brings new opportunities and challenge. I also like being able to leverage my learnings from LS and legal tech into my ECAR role, identifying efficiencies and opportunities to leverage technology.
