Working with Epiq has been great. I really enjoy the mid/mid-upper management strategy, and appreciate the CEO's vision. I have found that your experience varies a lot based on department and manager. There is a lot of insecurity about the future given AI and the financial goals.

I believe that the base pay and the bonus package is a great value in my opinion.

I like the leadership team's dedication to employee culture, diversity, and inclusion. The team is also mostly transparent, which is helpful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fostering of cultural growth and education; learning from people from other aspects of life that you yourself are a part of. Representation of LGBTQIA+ and Disabled/Neurodivergent employees in leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is the ability to collaborate and work with the India team. The India team I have found is much more adaptable and eager to help, which is refreshing to work with.
