My overall experience is positive. The pace is challenging and requires evening hours during peak times, but the company is good about recognizing quality work and extra effort. I'd like to see the benefits package continue to expand, but overall compensation is fair.

The team is very collaborative and always open to hearing everyone's point of views on topics.

Though our benefit plan can be lacking, they do always feel to value the employees and put them first.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to care about one another and supports in times of need. We are also sensitive when people feel overwhelmed or need a break. I also appreciate the remote first approach to office work.
