Epiq has created opportunities for many colleagues, as well as myself, to grow and develop in a unique and challenging environment. I get to work on complex and challenging projects, and I work with a team of brilliant technologists who take pride in their work every day.

I'm challenged, I believe in our mission, and I think we're often helping people who need it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I am fairly compensated for my work. But it took many many years of growth to get here. New or young employees aren't.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am so inspired by the intelligence and creativity of my team. I have some of the best employees the market has to offer, full stop.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have the privilege of working with really smart and talented people on complex and important problems. It is so meaningful when leaders help employees understand the connection of their work to the real people it impacts. I share with friends and family how important our work is.
What makes you most happy at work?
Times when I have close relationships and collaborators. I used to have multiple close relationships, but many of those people have left. I also like to be challenged by my work, and feel the connection with my work to real people. Also, I am very incentivized by reward for my work.
