My immediate leadership team is invested in me as a person, and as an employee as well as my team's goals and future.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People with my same qualifications and job responsibilities are being paid significantly more at Epiq's competitors. Our team's leadership and analysts are very undervalued for the work we perform. I would feel better if I was paid comparable to same/equivalent position at a competitor.
