I have loved working here and helping us brnig several products to market. My biggest concern is that there is not a unified view of where we are going. We have multiple products that do the same thing. We need someone to focus on removing the duplicity and building stronger aligned products.

When I have the tools and resources to do what is needed of me.

We really try to do what is best for our clients with the resrouces that we have.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all seem to be very good people. They try to listen to the feedback of the employees and enact change where possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all want to do the best job they can. They are limited only by too much work and not enough time or resources.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the 401k, the alternative options like critical illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, I also appreciate the bereavement leave policy while it seems generous to other companies, I feel it is what should be offered to all people as loss is significant and all should be able to mourn.
