They care about what I have to say and take that into consideration.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More hands on. One of them is really proactive but the other needs to be more hands on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am the lead PC and still receives less than the whole team of PCs. My salary is a lot below the market.
