What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

No pressure and no whips and you have the opportunity to learn from your mistakes.

What makes you most happy at work?

Having that job that is not too crazy some days and being able to guide a customer who needs assistance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

working for 20+ years doing a great job and only see a difference if promoted or OT is not the way to go.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Nothing. when working remotely it's hard to really get to know the person you are working with and to be open with them.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to employee who don't have big titles to incorporate changes that will benefit them and provide better health insurance as it cost way too much out of pocket expense.
