The no cost family health insurance!

I like being able to work extra and being able to bank my hours.
Health Insurance is great, and premiums are covered.
Most of us trade work satisfaction for pay. I do not feel bad about it.
Overall, I don't think salaries are good or reflect the true salaries of this industry delivers by competitors or business partners. We have a lot of talent that leaves because of this.
We work hard, and often, relative to other large companies we do not make as much and get less time off.
At the very least, raises should keep up with cost of living / inflation. We wear many hats without the compensation for some of those hats.
While the benefits are great and I feel supported, I believe I am underpaid for my experience and accomplishments with the company so far. It is not low enough for me to leave at the moment.
Everyone I've worked with acts like we're all on the same team. No one is interested in taking all the credit. We want to get over the finish line together.

they are very down to earth and easy to work with.
Working with smart and friendly people.
Engagement in meetings is lacking so it's difficult to gauge thoughts/opinions. At the other end with those that speak, there's a lot of fluff and beating around the bush.
No body comes to office
From the top down, I know that the employees are cared for.

Being able to talk to everyone in person at the office and that translates to our work that we do remotely. It is a perfect balance.
Our staff are genuinely friendly and supportive, creating a culture of learning and development.
There is real incentive to improve the product since it is used in so many real and important ways by customers.
