What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team navigated some choppy waters, taking the company and team through the pandemic, offering us all continued health insurance throughout, it was not easy for anyone, but they also made the right call to buy other companies during the pandemic which allowed us to grow in the storm.

Salary payments are rarely made on time and I have no benefits, bonus or perks of any kind.

My current package ($3k/month and no benefits) is well below the standard in my country of residence and not in line with my profile and previous experience. I am forced to use my personal savings and while I strongly believe in this company, I am not sure for how long I can afford this situation.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the people are great, fun and smart, but it's more important to be a self-initiator with team in different offices around the world, and coming from differnet companies - i have noticed that people need to reach out more proactively to connect with team members and communicate to be successful here
