What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am an athlete, and we are given access to excellent athletic facilities. I also get to train with my boss, who is a 22 time Ironman competitor, which really makes me enjoy work. Often on our lunch breaks and after work we will go train together, which is all a result of the office benefit package.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In the event space, we're helping people with their events, which tend to be special and enjoyable times in people's lives. That helps build our culture as well. Love the people here, they really pulled together to help the clients through the challenges of COVID & are ready to help with recovery.

What makes you most happy at work?
I often work on a lot of projects simultaneously, and it might be the OCD in me, but I absolutely love finishing a project and wrapping up all that work. Since I take part in so many I finish at least 2 per week.
